**POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN NY OR AZ**

The Enterprise Money Movement team is part of the Global Treasury organization and provides ePayment consulting and compliance services to AXP business units.

As a consulting role this position is responsible for leading reviews of AXP payment and settlement processes to identify re-engineering opportunities, preparing and presenting project updates to management and business partners, and developing project/program budgets.

Responsibilities also include driving the development and deployment of e-servicing opportunities specifically in the AXP areas involving billing, invoicing, payment, and remittance processing. As a part of this role the position will work closely with AXPi, vendors and financial institutions and will be directly responsible for Treasury's relationships with third party payment aggregators.

This position will also be responsible for all aspects of the EMM Program Management Office including:
 - Managing the overall EMM program plan and associated workstreams
 - Acting as liaison to AET, program vendors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders
 - Developing functional requirements and prioritizing program deliverables
 - Providing management oversight to outside consultants and vendors supporting the program.

Significant background in US banking and/or payment processing. Superior project and program management skills. Demonstrated analytical and financial analysis skills. Ability to work effectively with internal business partners and external vendors. Experience with internal Amex financial processes and systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. BS or BA degree with MBA preferred. .
